Notice period: Cancellations take effect at the end of the month following the month in which the cancellation request is received. For example, if you cancel on 15 June, your subscription ends on 31 July and you will be invoiced for July.
Billing: Monthly invoicing via Billy. Payment by EAN or bank transfer.
Users: Named users are added and removed by contacting contact@dpoagent.dk. Users must authenticate via Microsoft Entra ID (work accounts).
Query limit: Up to 100 queries per user per calendar day. The limit resets at midnight (UTC). The team licence allows up to 500 queries per day across all users.
