Everything you need to know about DPO Agent — from getting started to data handling and subscription management.

Getting started
DPO Agent works in any modern browser — no installation required. You need:
  • A modern browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari (latest version recommended)
  • A Microsoft work or school account (Microsoft 365) for sign-in
  • An active DPO Agent subscription
  • Internet access to www.dpoagent.dk
No plugins, apps or VPN are required.
If you can't reach dpoagent.dk from your workplace, it may be blocked by your organisation's network or firewall. Please contact your internal IT department and ask them to whitelist the following domain:
www.dpoagent.dk
DPO Agent uses standard HTTPS (port 443) and does not require any special firewall rules beyond allowing access to this domain. If the issue persists, please contact us and we will assist.
DPO Agent works in all major browsers. We recommend:
  • Google Chrome (latest)
  • Microsoft Edge (latest)
  • Mozilla Firefox (latest)
  • Apple Safari (latest)
Internet Explorer is not supported.
Yes. Each subscription covers up to 5 named users from the same organisation. Each user signs in with their own Microsoft work account. If you need more than 5 users, please contact us to discuss your options.
You can ask questions in Danish, English, German, French or Spanish — DPO Agent will always respond in the same language as your question. The knowledge base includes legislation in all five languages.
Data & privacy
Your questions are processed in real time to generate a response and are not stored after processing. Azure OpenAI is configured with zero data retention — meaning neither DPO Agent nor Microsoft retains your queries after the response is delivered. When you close the browser or start a new conversation, all data is gone.

No. Conversation history is stored only in your browser's memory during your session. It is never sent to or stored on our servers. Starting a new conversation or closing the browser permanently deletes the conversation.
All infrastructure is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Sweden Central (EU/EEA). No personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA. All communication is encrypted with TLS.
Yes. We have voluntarily conducted a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) in accordance with GDPR Article 35. The DPIA, risk analysis and EU AI Act classification are publicly available for download in our Trust Center.
Knowledge base
DPO Agent covers 24,500+ indexed sections from validated legal sources including GDPR, the Danish Data Protection Act, EDPB guidelines, The Danish Data Protection Agency decisions, CJEU judgments, the EU AI Act, NIS2, DORA, CER, 3,100+ EU enforcement decisions, and official templates.

No. Every answer is grounded exclusively in the curated knowledge base. DPO Agent is strictly configured to never use general AI training data — if a question cannot be answered from the knowledge base, it will say so explicitly and refer you to the relevant authority.
Subscription & billing
You can cancel at any time by contacting us at contact@dpoagent.dk or via our contact form. Please see our Pricing page for full terms.
The subscription can be cancelled with one full calendar month's notice after the current month. For example, if you cancel on 15 June, the subscription ends on 31 July. There are no lock-in periods or minimum terms.
Yes. We support EAN (Electronic Account Number) invoicing for Danish public sector organisations. Please provide your EAN number when placing your order and we will issue invoices accordingly via the Danish NemHandel e-invoicing system.
Yes. Invoices are issued monthly by email. If you need a specific invoice format, PO reference or EAN number on your invoice, please include these details in your order or contact us at contact@dpoagent.dk.
DPO Agent is priced at 1,495 DKK / 199 EUR per month excl. VAT, covering up to 5 users from the same organisation. Danish VAT (25%) applies to customers in Denmark. See our Pricing page for full details.
Legal & compliance
No. DPO Agent provides guidance based on applicable legislation, EDPB decisions and supervisory authority guidance — not legal advice. Every response includes a disclaimer to this effect. For serious matters or where significant legal consequences are at stake, you should consult a qualified legal advisor.
Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is published in full and available for download at dpoagent.dk/dpa. No negotiation is needed — the DPA is ready to use as published.
Our full Privacy Policy is available at dpoagent.dk/privacypolicy. It covers what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under GDPR.
Yes. DPO Agent is classified as a limited risk AI system under the EU AI Act — not high risk. We comply with the transparency obligations under Article 50, including clearly identifying AI-generated responses. Our full AI classification document is available in our Trust Center.
